Burlesque Massacre gets its own Facebook, site breaks visitor record again!

Last month we broke our previous visitor record of 455 by reaching 618! This month we just reached 618 and should get over 650 by the end of the month Sunday. We will be adding a page for 'Call Girl' as well as updating all project pages throughout the next month with newer trailers, images and more. Stay tuned!

Another record was broken last month with our feature film 'Burlesque Massacre' breaking our previous DVD sale records, as well as crossing over 100 rentals on Amazon VOD. Because of this we decided to give 'Burlesque Massacre' its own Facebook page so fans can support the film and get news on the sequel. Also, if you have seen the film, please go over to the IMDB and vote on the film as we would like as much feedback as possible! We know over 250 people have seen it... so we would like more than 15 votes! Granted for 250 people seeing it, 15 is actually pretty good ratio of votes since millions of people have seen 'The Dark Knight' and only 500,000 or so have voted. But, we would really like to have some idea of the popularity so we can see what we can improve on, or what we can deliver more of the same of next time in the sequel.

Meanwhile, join the Burlesque Massacre Facebook and comment on the film! Also, if you are from another country and can not get Burlesque Massacre via Amazon (DVD or VOD), let us know.

Timberwolf Production update!

With the "Diary Of A Black Widow" web series winding down with only 2 episodes left, we can now take a look at our updated production and release schedule which has had a few changes since schedule posted on the old Blogger page before the the new website launch.

PhotoGRAPHIC - Originally intended for earlier this summer, we held back on this DVD feature release to let the 'Black Widow' web series breath and find its audience. Now with the web series just about done and it's great success thus far, we can shift our attention to our next DVD release. PhotoGRAPHIC is a very dark, serious and very violent thriller.. quite a change of pace from the over the top exploitation of the retro 70s 'Burlesque Massacre. To find out more about PhotoGRAPHIC you can check out its page HERE. A date hasn't been set, but we hope to have it out by Christmas.

The Call Girl - The feature film remake of the 2005 short film of the same name is 75% complete and has just started shooting again with star Marie Lynn. There was a delay shooting these final scenes because of all involved have very busy schedules on several other projects, something which no one will consider a bad thing. Another reason for the wait was most of the rest of the footage needs Marie Lynn looking very different then the other half of the film. The story involves her character going from a pretty 'girl' next door to a drugged out, paranoid and suicidal mess who sees visions of a dead hooker. It was decided to let her step back from one character, and come back, both physically and mentally as almost another person. We hope to release this project early in 2012. We will be adding a page for this film by Christmas.

Friday The 13th: The Obsession - The Web Series - Our next web series, which pays tribute to the Friday The 13th horror film series as already started shooting and will show 7 episodes online for free this fall. Based on our very first production ever, shot in 1997 on VHS tape, this new HD version follows the tale of an obsessed horror fan who takes on the persona of her favorite horror villain. For details check out our PAGE.

Crossroads - While not a Timberwolf film, this Y-Not/Sin Pelo Production is produced by our 'Black Widow' friends and co-producers Rydell Danzie and Shannan Leigh Reeve. A bare knuckle (and guns blazing) action film will be edited by Timberwolf West, who also assisted with some the shooting and locations. More details on this soon when we have a new trailer and festival release schedule.

Lesser Of 4 Evils - Our next feature, a more polished and classic thriller/love story with a very sharp edge (and teeth!) deals with a English female Vampire and her run in with her new love and a deadly serial killer. This will be our largest production to date and will mix a very deep and complex script, a battle of deadly wits between 4 actors, a bold and daring lesbian love story and a horrifically violent thriller all in one. Plans are to shoot its shocking opening sequence and post it online with its IndieGoGo page in hopes of raising funds for this very striking Timberwolf idea.

In addition we just started shopping around a coming of age drama we wrote a few years back about a young girl in a half-way house, and we are looking at making a feature version of Forced Survival, a sequel to Burlesque Massacre and a reboot of the Samhain franchise all in 2012.

ACTION! - Shooting begins on Obsession

On this very hot July 8th afternoon, lead actress Hannah Townsend eased into her new role of Amy Marcus in "Friday The 13th: The Obsession", a fan film 'web series' based on the very first Timberwolf production ever shot on VHS back in 1997/1998.

It was a quick shoot as Tim Whitfield, Darin Mangan and Hannah worked out a few scenes, then discussed costumes and where the next few shoots would go. Location and cast reasons had us start with the opening of Episode 4 on this first shoot, and we will finish this episode as well as begin shooting parts 3 and 5 over the next few weeks. After that we will get into the larger more complex Episodes - 1,2,6 and 7 in late July and August. The series will start showing online in September.
